I am the newest member of the youth team, and with the exception of Vonda-Kay, the oldest. My husband and I were married last November and we joined the church in March. I was asked to join the college team and the experience has grown to become not only a ministry opportunity for me, but also an incredible learning experience. As a high-school teacher, I find great joy in working with teenagers. Because of the amount of time I spend with young adults, my eyes have truly been opened to their needs, desires, and problems. Although it can be overwhelming at times, it is comforting to work with a group of young people who want to share the love of Christ.
